Frank Kern just asked for postage, like Mike Filsaime.

My guess would be postage - around the $20 mark. Not because it isn't more valuable, but because your Stomper philosophy genuinely wants to get the information to as many people as possible!

What annoys me, that although paying a high price for posting+shipping I usually get those print-issues (from other publishers) 1 full month behind my friends in the US get it, because I live in Europe.... Today I got a letter from my shipping firm (DB Schenker) and they charge 0,65 Euros/kg for shipments from Atlante, Chicago and New York delivered to my address in Vienna (Austria). By Airfreight - of course. Now, I'm no one to tell you how to do your business, but does this not give you something to think about? The alternative would be to have an online issue as well - parallel...
