A Huge Announcement from Brad Fallon
What a month! Jumping in as the CEO of StomperNet just one month ago has been like jumping into the cockpit of a 747. Mid-air.
But that's okay. I kind of like it. Actually I like it a lot. I like to work fast and I talk even faster. I love getting things done, like, yesterday. I especially love building and growing companies at lightning speed.
So that's why – one month into my stint as StomperNet's CEO – I'm happy to announce a little growth spurt in our Faculty ranks.
Try seven new faculty members (see their bios below).
Some of these names you will definitely recognize, some might be new to you, but all of them are incredible. We are thrilled to have them join us and we are excited about the enthusiasm they have already shown. (This particular airplane ride's about to get a lot more fun.)
Talk soon,
Brad Fallon

Welcome New StomperNet Faculty Members…

Dave Taylor, of AskDaveTaylor.com fame and Intuitive Systems. He's baaacck! As one of our exceptionally popular original faculty members, Dave is back from his StomperNet Faculty hiatus. Dave is an absolute expert at helping your company learn how to grow through savvy use of business blogging and associated social networks and new media, business or technical topics, leading a class of adult learners, or writing a business or technical book for neophytes, my central focus remains the same: to explain complex concepts and technologies in a way that lets you gain insight into the subject. His most recent books are The Complete Idiot's Guide to Growing Your Business with Google (Penguin/Alpha) (widely hailed as a must-read by business experts), Teach Yourself Unix System Administration in 24 Hours (Sams/Macmillan) (which focuses on three operating systems: Red Hat Linux, Solaris and Mac OS X), Solaris 9 for Dummies (Wiley), Learning Unix for Mac OS X Panther (O'Reilly), Wicked Cool Shell Scripts (NoStarch), and Creating Cool Web Sites (Wiley).
Erik Stafford – Described by Ross Goldberg as "…the best person I know when it comes to helping newbies, guiding them into a business model that works, and teaching the basics of internet business in a way that can be understood."?? Erik formed Stafford Marketing, LLC in late 2006, launched The Faster Webmaster in early 2007, and has been helping people get started building online businesses ever since. He looks forward to conducting site reviews for Stompers, especially focusing on copy, design, and sales funnel (magic offer) strategies.
Alan Bechtold – Alan's been in publishing for over 30 years and been online since before the real "internet" existed with online bulletin boards. He's a self-described " A jack of all trades and a master of info-publishing and marketing." His primary focus in StomperNet will be teaching creative writing for content, info product creation, and copywriting.
Melanie Benson Strick – Melanie's a brilliant marketer specializing in business growth, team building, and breaking through the 6 figure area into 7, 8, and beyond. Melanie really knows her stuff. She's known as The Million Dollar Lifestyle Business Coach because she knows first-hand how to build a successful, thriving, freedom-based company with her secret weapon — LEVERAGE. With over 12 years in corporate America and eight years as a business owner, Melanie works exclusively with entrepreneurs who are ready for a “sustainable” lifestyle business. Melanie’s clients, who are typically coaches, consultants, authors, speakers, trainers, service professionals and information marketers, average a 172% revenue increase while creating more time for living their dream lifestyle.
Vin Montello – Vin's the brilliant copywriter behind some of the greatest successes on Clickbank. His copy is some of the best we've ever seen. And he's excited to help Stompers make their copy some of the best their customer's have ever seen.
David Wilkinson – Finally, we'd love to introduce a faculty member who can only be described as a "phenom." He's a 15-year-old super affiliate from the U.K. who makes five figures per month and he's still in high school. (Think you might be able to learn something about affiliate marketing from him.)

Should Google's new "Caffeine" technology be keeping YOU up at night?
Hey Stompers,
As you may have heard, Google recently announced testing of a new, more powerful version of their search engine technology.
It's code-named "Caffeine" and you can read about from Google's own Dev Blog here.
Now, as business people who rely on SEO, any time Google gives us some insights into what they have planned for the future, we need to pay attention.
So what can we learn from what Google is telling us about the future of search? Here's a quote I think is particularly telling:
"It's the first step in a process that will let us push the envelope on size, indexing speed, accuracy, comprehensiveness and other dimensions."
I think that one sentence tells us all we need to know about where we need to be moving, and here's how:
1. Size and Indexing Speed: This tells us that Google is going to be crawling more pages and indexing them FASTER. This continues Google's focus on fresh content – so many new pages are created every day, they can't keep up.
2. Accuracy: This indicates that the sites that will continue to "win" the search game are going to be the ones that can correctly match up the searcher's keywords with the content they were actually looking for. Google indicates that they're interested not only in what sites people click on, but what the searcher's behavior is once they arrive.
With that in mind, success will come from testing and adjusting your pages to better serve your visitors. It will no longer be enough to focus on the keywords alone, but on actually making your content relevant to what those searchers want.
One way to do this is through careful organization of your site structure, organizing information in ways that people will find useful, not just search spiders.
3. Comprehensiveness: To me, this indicates that Google will continue to heap love upon "authority" sites – ones that do a really good job of completely covering their selected niche.
In Google's never-ending quest for relevance, Google wants to see sites that can indicate a thorough and comprehensive resource for what people are searching for. This is why it's important to continue to build pages that rank for ALL your relevant keywords.
It's not just about the individual SERPS, but the "profile" that a comprehensive site creates. I can imagine that this focus could be partly to combat "SERP Spamming" tactics where results are flooded with multiple, largely identical copies of the same information spread across multiple Web 2.0 sites.
More and more, it's going to be important to create sites with larger and larger collections of content in order to really dominate the listings.
Once again, Google shows that they prefer larger, older sites that are packed with useful information.
So even though there's been a lot of buzz around this announcement and lots of speculation, I don't think you need to change too much if you're already doing your SEO the StomperNet way. What's working in Google now for us appears to be exactly what they want to encourage. In fact, they want MORE of it, FASTER.
So get started today, so by the time Caffeine comes out of BETA, you'll be so far ahead of your competition they may never be able to catch up.
Here's Hoping, and Keep Stomping!

These students make $12,704,367 a year.
It's a bold statement, I know.
Affiliate Classroom 2.0 from Anik Singal and his team at Lurn is generating a lot of buzz this week – and I think that for the 70% of you reading this that don't have your own online business:
You're going to want to check this out.
Anik's company, Lurn, has already trained over 51,000 people (just like you) to become successful affiliate marketers so they can escape the 9 to 5 rat-race and join the internet elite.
Affiliate Classroom 2.0 was built from the ground up to have everything you could need, and not JUST world-class training.
We're talking about specialized, exclusive affiliate tools that took hundreds of thousands of dollars to develop – and they're included.
Training is one thing – but training will never MAKE you take action. Tools are what get the job done.
PROOF: Ask any person who says they are an online marketer what the most valuable thing in IM is, as far as money in the bank.
9 times out of 10 if they name a course, they are probably not a super affiliate. If they name a TOOL – you know they are hands-on, and believe me, they are getting PAID.]
Now here's the part I like the MOST:
You can try out the course for $1 and you get this arsenal of affiliate power-tools completely at your disposal:
1. Little Tracked Link
2. Site Rank
3. Traffic Tracker
4. Google Match Type Tool
5. Key Phrase Multiplier
6. Long Tail Keyword Generator
7. AdWords Ad Writing Tool
8. Typo Generator
9. Geo Keyword Generator
10. PPC ROI Calculator
11. Keyword List Cleaner
12. Datalocker
If you're a successful affiliate, just the names of those tools should have you drooling. If those titles are full of "jargon" to you, don't worry, because all the training and information you need is included.
For just a buck, even if you're already trained as an affiliate marketer, you can't get your hands on tools like these for HUNDREDS of dollars elsewhere, much less $1 right now.
Get these tools and start making money right away.
Here's a stat Anik shared with me: Over 50% of Affiliate Classroom students reported a 23% increase in business.
I believe it, because this program is designed to help you get up and running as fast – and as easily – as possible. Every detail is calculated and nothing is left to chance.
If you're trying this stuff out and you're not sure if you're doing it right – if you're working at it and not making any money…
Stop struggling and check it out. This might be the $1 that changes your life.

CEO
StomperNet
P.S. The cost is only $1 for you to try and they'll give you complete access to over $180-a-month's worth of tools for you to utilize. Seems at least worth a visit if you're reading this and aren't making any money online yet.
If you've ever been "rejected" by any affiliate network or CPA network, you know what I'm talking about. It sucks.
You're looking for GOOD offers to promote, either to add-on to your back end, or to increase your core affiliate business.
Because the affiliates that get the best offers make the most money, period.
Here's the link, go check it out
Here's the back story . . .
Mike Filsaime and Joe Holland have been hard at work for over six months to create "The Ultimate Affiliate System."
And what a great idea — it's basically a CPA network for the "little guy" or anyone who wants to be a Super Affiliate but isn't – yet.
I know you've heard stories about some Super Affiliates who make 6-figure PROFITS per DAY.
And the stories are true — BUT . . . they've been doing it all with CPA (Cost Per Action) networks where companies pay affiliates for getting people to take ACTION. And it's usually really simple — just filling out a form. Visitors don't even have to buy anything, and you get paid.
But until now, it's been pretty difficult (for beginners, it's almost impossible) to get into ANY of the CPA networks unless you already had a massive amount of traffic at your command.
Basically, it was an insider's club, and they kept it that way.
Good for them; bad for you.
But now, Mike's AffiliateJump changes all that.
If you want to hear him explain it, just go here.
Since there's no sale to make, you don't have to be a killer copywriter or use fancy marketing tactics.
It's an AMAZING model. This is the fastest growing and most profitable way to make money online right now for affiliates.
And TODAY is when AffiliateJump starts accepting affiliates into the program. So if you want to see what this is all about, or if you've tried getting into CPA and have been shut out by the big boys, now it's your turn.
Talk soon,

StomperNet
P.S. If you missed my short video interview I recorded with Mike Filsaime last weekend, you can see it here.
But the main link you need is this.

Quickly and Easily Generate Real Unique Content With This Free Tool!
One of the things I tried to do this past weekend at StomperNet LIVE is try to get a feel for what our members and subscribers are struggling with.
And there's one thing that I heard over and over and it's the problem of finding fresh content. The fact is simple - you need it! And lots of it.
That's why I'm excited to show you this free content tool.
Trust me, you're going to need something like this eventually, so better to add it to your aresenal now that it's at 100% discount off the normal $300 price tag. Duh, right?
Fresh content is the food that the search engines want in their indexes. Fresh content is what your potential visitors are dying to get more of.
Whether it's on your own site, or you're putting your content elsewhere to get backlinks, you need it. If you want people to click and to buy, you're going to have to show them *something* worthwhile.
But before you go thinking that you don't need something like this, I want to really make sure you understand – LIVE 8 had over 500 people attending. There were a few common threads to all the discussions, but one in particular popped up all over the place.
-> During one of the site reviews, instead of getting tips on how to improve his website, the audience bombarded the site owner with questions about his product – a content solution.
-> Several of our speakers talked about how they solved the "fresh content problem" in their own businesses, often at extravagant costs both in money and in man-hours.
-> Lots of the Partners exhibiting in the StomperNet Advantage Pavilion offered all kinds of solutions to the problem, too. If there's enough of a market to support competition, it's a real problem.
See a pattern there? Think about this:
PPC landing pages, minisites, squeeze pages, review sites…
…there's no working online business model that I know of that can make any money without quality, relevant content.
It's pervasive, and EVERY online business owner WILL face it. It's not a matter of "if" but of "when" you will start running out of content.
You can't just steal someone else's no matter what some black hats may tell you. And you can't just pay some cheap freelancer if you want quality – when it comes to writing you tend to get what you're willing to pay for.
But the sad fact is that if you're just starting out, you're going to need the content well before you're going to be able to afford it.
For most people, that means you're on your own, and your success pretty much depends on how much content you can churn out, and how fast you can keep it coming.
That's why it's so great that I can send this to you today.
2,483 people already paid $297 to access this. StomperNet members have enjoyed an "Advantage" discount on this product for a while and it's proven to be a recommended favorite over and over again.
But today, it's yours free (no strings at all).
If you know me (or met me at LIVE
you know that I'm kind of a nut for new gadgets and tools that can help me make more money no matter how much they cost. Well this one was worth every penny of the full price people have paid in the past.
Yes, I really did download this last night and messed around with it for a while. Guess what – I sent the link out to my staff, too. It's that good, and I bet you're going to be as excited as I was when you try it out yourself.
~Brad Fallon
P.S. Don't forget to leave a comment here on the StomperBlog and let me know if you like the stuff I've started sending. I promise there's tons and tons more free content and tools coming, so the feedback really helps us find the things YOU really want.
Just like we did above.

Click here to watch a video that will teach you to swim against the CPA current and profit from everyone else who is going with the flow.
CPA (Cost Per Action) is a hot topic in the internet marketing space right now, and it doesn't have ANYTHING to do with accounting.
(We got a TON of comments on the previous blog post we did with my Mike Filsaime interview about CPA marketing, just this past weekend.)
This is exactly what the landscape looked like when PPC hit big before people had even heard of a "Google Slap". I think that just like PPC, the early adopters are going to get the biggest slice of this pie.
But today I want to tell you about someone else who is using CPA networks in a really unique way (that no one else is talking about yet).
That's why I think that it's important for you to check it out even if you're not going to take part in the CPA gold rush that's happening right now.
See, that reason is that when everyone zigs, this guy went out on a limb and ZAGGED instead. And being the fish that stands out of the school is paying off for him. Big time!
He's been quietly making $25K for a 1 day consultation to teach people how to stop "pushing" traffic to sites the way your or I have done for so long now.
Instead, he's showing how to get people to send you THEIR hard earned traffic by leveraging the power of the CPA networks and the never-ending flood of CPA affiliates that grows literally hourly.
Think about it: You have the best affiliates in the world using CPA networks to find offers. You have a ton of smaller but extremely enthusiastic affiliates that are ready to hustle.
Massive Traffic with:
– No PPC Skills
– No Search Skills
– No Lists!
And don't think that this is complicated or has a steep learning curve. Most likely, you're already able to do everything that you'll need to.
If you can make one or two webpages to drive all the traffic to, you're set. He is leveraging the buzz in the market in order to put that eager, free workforce to work building HIS business for him.
But you don't need to pay his $25,000 consulting fee because today, he's teaching you how to do it totally for free.
Seriously. See it for yourself here, and you'll be convinced too. He's not leaving anything out.
It's a looong video, but that's good. It's not just a little short tease like most of these things have been lately. It's good to see solid material being put out by people who walk the talk.
So watch this video TODAY when you get a chance. I think you'll really like it. And I think it's a great example of how if you you can look at a market and see opportunities for growth that no one else can see because they're following the hype of the herd.
~Brad Fallon
P.S. I would love to hear what you think of this, and if you'd like to see more. Like I said, you'd have to have been living under a rock for the past couple of years to not know about CPA, and it's only JUST NOW opening up to the "little guy".
Leave us a comment below and tell us what's on your mind.
Hey, it's Brad here in Atlanta for LIVE 8 – I had a chance to sit down with Mike Filsaime today and record a short video with him about some really cool stuff he's working on and I thought we'd share it with you right away. Read more

Even cell phone pics show themassive attendence at this historic Live 8 Event!
Normally, we rarely allow outsiders a peek at the closed-door StomperNet Live events but this time we're doing something a little different. We're going to have some free VIDEO from the floor soon, but for now, here are some "leaked" updates from our member portal to show you what our members come back for time after time (which is why this is our EIGHTH LIVE Event in less than 3 years!) Check it out below and let us know what you think!
Live 8 – Busting At The Seams
There are a lot of folks here. I think we're tipping the scales at 650 attendees. We've wedged as many people in this ballroom as you can – without use of a crow bar or an angry fire marshal.
And the energy is already cranked. Which is shocking, considering about 1/3rd of the attendees stood up when Brad asked how many had traveled here from outside the U.S. That's eyeball-math but it looked like just about a third to me.
So it's pretty impressive that considering all the jet lag in the room – there's tons of laughter, smiles, chatter and excitement. I've not caught one person dozing yet.
James Schramko – Sneaky Down Under

First Keynote of the Weekend: James Schramko takes the stage.
Today, there's not exactly thunder down under.
Oh sure, James Schramko *is* from Australia. He's smart, he's successful. But thunderous? Not really. Affiliate Pounce creator James Schramko hit the stage today in a low key, but high content way. With a dry wit and heavy Aussie accent, James wrapped his excellent lessons about affiliate marketing into a very entertaining presentation.
(Every so often, James stops his talk and says "Hey, who wants a sneaky tip?" The crowd hollers back "We do!" If their reply isn't loud enough for James' liking, he asks for more energy. Before you know it, it starts to feel like a rock concert call and response. I'm half expecting to hear "Freebird!" soon. It's just great.)
James' back story is pretty interesting. Aside from being a top Mercedes salesman and general manager, he tells us that he used work in collections ("…which is kind of like sales…only your customers already have the product.")
We of course can't give away every single information nugget and 'sneaky tip' James covered. But we can say that relationships are the name of his game. In fact, he believes so strongly in relationships that he keeps in touch with customers who ended up buying not from him, but his competitors.
Why?
Because he counts on his competitors to not follow up. And most of the time, they don't. So next time those customers buy, or next time someone asks them for a referral, guess who they remember? Hint: it's not James' competitors.
Sneaky, right?
The Need for (Smart) Speed

StomperNet's co-founder takes the stage for the first time as the new sole owner of our organization - so what's on his agenda?
I'm going to briefly address the, um, four folks in this room who've never seen Brad Fallon speak before. Get you up to speed and all that. I can summarize it this way:
Brad's fast.
He talks fast. He builds companies fast. He makes money, fast.
Brad's favorite quote isn't from a business or marketing guru, or any kind of guru at all. It's from a race car driver named Mario Andretti. "If everything seems under control, you`re just not going fast enough."
See? Speed is where Brad Fallon is at.
But this event, he has a new twist on his usual "Go, go, go…" He's now moved on to teaching a way to control the speed. To go not only fast but to go smart. Keeping an eye on how you are "spending" that speed is just as crucial as going quickly.
What Brad's talking about is Leverage and Productivity. And the wasteful evils of Multi-Tasking. He's taking us through worksheets and charts based on Brad's favorite project management system – the Theory of Constraints. It's really opening a roomful of eyes.
This system works so well that when a government agency used it to build tanks, their productivity skyrocketed. So much so that not only were they suddenly able to output the product they needed to produce…they had extra capacity. They were so efficient and so streamlined that they were able to take on extra work from the private industry.
Wouldn't you love to get that much done, with exact same amount of workers?

Bad words never sounded so good as when they will help you find more customers for your business!
Ross Goldberg defines himself a lot of different ways. A war vet. An accidental Internet Marketer. Former Fighter.
Potty Mouth.
He's all that and then some. Ross's delivery style is real and honest and always amusing. But his content is solid and real-world and clearly appreciated by the crowd.
Today Ross is talking about managing your reputation online. He's helping us manage our overwhelm. He's actually posting a slide and making us read out loud what's written on it:
"I promise not to use what I learned today for Evil Purposes."

Quite a day (and that's not even ALL of the stuff we covered on Friday!) Even though these are all the updates for the moment, but you're going to want to get ready, because we've got even more coming up soon! (With video!) And don't forget to leave a comment below and let us know what you think!
The Evolution of an Internet Marketing Titan. Today, StomperNet announces that the management isn't the only thing about to change.

StomperNet IS changing... but it's only becoming better for you, our customers and subscribers!
July 30, 2009 - Last week, Andy Jenkins and Brad Fallon negotiated the future of their online school of IM education, StomperNet. When they emerged, Brad Fallon was the new CEO and Andy Jenkins was moving to California. Each is pleased with the turn of events. And each other.
"That's about the size of it," reports Jenkins. "It's really that simple. People are speculating like crazy about what kind of behind-the-scenes dramatics went on, but it's something far more boring: I was ready to pass the StomperNet baton in order to work on other stuff. Brad was ready to take it."
"The only fireworks are those we see happening online with all the gossip and rumors." chuckles Brad Fallon "Frankly, we were surprised by how much everyone cared! Happy…but surprised."
But it's no wonder this announcement has caused so much speculation. StomperNet, which opened its doors in October 2006, has been the talk of the IM space for years. They broke records when they first launched, selling over 2000 membership slots, at a price point of $10,000/year (Or $800/month.) Over the last three years, they’ve assembled a faculty of world-class subject matter experts on virtually every aspect of internet marketing. This faculty guides and educates their members (who refer to themselves a "Stompers.")
Jenkins, Fallon and this esteemed StomperNet faculty have also compiled the largest, most comprehensive IM library of over 1400 videos, audios, and other online courses. They host a vibrant community of online entrepreneurs, who regularly share tips and advice in the famous StomperNet forums. Forums that are currently going almost 200,000 posts strong.
StomperNet Live events are also legendary, attracting top speakers from all over the world to address Stompers and help them grow their businesses. The popular “site review” section of the Live Events also makes StomperNet Live events extra unique. Attendees can submit their URL and enjoy a thorough one-on-one analysis of their site, conducted by a StomperNet faculty member. Attendees have called these personal reviews "priceless" and "the smartest thing I've ever done for my business."
As if that wasn't enough, last year StomperNet launched another new product. One that was – once more – unlike anything else seen in the IM market. Called "The Net Effect", this printed monthly journal is sent to subscribers in more than 200 countries, and is more handbook than magazine. Its focus? Teaching readers tactics and strategies that will allow them to maximize their presence (and profitability) online. Each issue features instructive, execution-focused articles penned by the StomperNet faculty and other featured writers. At the end of each issue is a summarizing checklist that combines all the action items discussed throughout of the magazine. Readers report that they love to tear these checklists out and work on them each month.
"As big as StomperNet is right now…we're about to get bigger." explains Fallon, "I can't go into the details yet, but suffice it to say that this Fall will see some incredible new offerings from StomperNet. Stuff people have been begging us to do for years now. We're incredibly excited about the future of StomperNet and our mission of supporting internet entrepreneurism around the world."
