Fantastic video's – thank you! Many valuable tips, presented in a very easy to understand way. Not once during watching the videos did i lose interest. I will have to re-watch them again so i don't miss any key points.

Ok I admit it .. I was a little sceptical initially … you know "another hyped up american thing" … BUT .. it couldn't be further from the truth … This video had good, common-sense ideas that I should have been doing already and some brilliant new ways of thinking about systematising my work flow … thanks! I will get off my backside and get some of these things done!
I have watched many of the stompernet videos for the past few years, and always get something to apply to my businesses. But this last f5 series I especially enjoyed with it's more "hands-on" ideas to building a great business online. Thank you so much for this. I owe you one!

All four of Paul's video are clean, succinct and provide great content/concepts for improving your business. It's readily apparent Paul has strong experience in the Quality Improvement community and has packaged his Formula 5 Video's in a unique and appealing way. I don't know about you but I took extensive notes, thanks Paul.

Love it! Read the "4 hour work week" but haven't gotten that far.
I know that if I could actually "systematize" many of the things I do now, I would be a lot more successful with my sites.
Obviously, my time is best spent doing the 'creative' and direct revenue generating, but I'm not there yet.
Great case studies… I personally love to use mind mapping. But your right, it's hard to show the flow process as you can with just drawing it out, like your Frank Kerns example (Which is pretty cool).
